Outback Steak House has a great flavored Center Cut Sirloin, and we wanted to be able enjoy that flavor at home. We found this excellent mimic recipe and gave it a try. We think it tastes just like the original!

Ingredients
2 1/2 tsp
Salt
2 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp
Onion Powder
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp
Coriander
1/4 tsp
Turmeric
Instructions
Simply mix all of these ingredients together to make the dry rub. Before throwing the steak on the grill, apply generously.
